Not your normal valeting company.
DCS LTD was formed by Gary May and Philip Coulson in 2005. We have a diverse range of experience within the motor industry over the past 20 years.
We formed the business because we could see the need and opportunity for a company that could provide valeting services who genuinely understand the pressures that retailers are under, we should know, because we’ve been there.
Both Gary and Phil have worked for two of the largest motor retailers in the country starting as trainees and ending up as general managers.
We know that cleaners need intense management. We know that poorly presented cars are harder to sell. We know that customers who are not completely satisfied won’t tick the box where we want them to.
Our approach to providing valeting services is to work with a select portfolio of customers and staff. Not to spread ourselves so thinly that management becomes remote and inefficient and to make sure that our staff understand your business and your customers.
Our objectives are always in line with our customers but are focus is geared towards to complete customer satisfaction and adding value to your business.
